Easy Stuffed Potatoes
Pierce potatoes with a knife and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes or until very soft. Make a slit in the top of each and fluff potato with a fork. Stir 1 tbsp. sour cream and 1/2 tbsp. butter into each hot potato and season with salt and pepper.
Top with half of the cheese and all of the ham and green onions. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to the microwave and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
