Easy Apple and Granola Sundaes
Cut apples in half and cut away core. Place in a microwave safe dish, skin side down and sprinkle with brown sugar. In a small bowl, mix together juice concentrate, lemon juice and allspice and drizzle over apples. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes; remove apples from dish and place in 4 bowls. Return pan to microwave and cook for 5 minutes more until mixture is slightly thickened.
Top apples with frozen yogurt then sprinkle with granola. Drizzle apple glaze over the top of each serving.
