Citrus Surprise

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice


Prepare fruit and place in 1-quart bowl. Whisk pudding in small amount for yogurt to disperse. Add yogurt and pudding to juice and mix until smooth. Add fruit and mix. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
