Banana Bread
Servings: 8 (16 slices)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 2 cups mashed bananas (about 5)
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
With mixer, beat together sugar, eggs, and bananas. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Values per serving: Calories: 356, Total Fat: 1 g Fiber: 4 g
